ENAW 25TH National Convention
September 2nd to September 5th, 2016
(Starts Friday, End Monday Morning)
Hosted By BINI CLUB OF HOUSTON, INC
To promote unity, culture, and development amongst Edo indigenes at home and in the diaspora.
Established in 1992, Edo National Association Worldwide is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to promoting and supporting the unity, self-reliance and solidarity of people of Edo origin at home and in the diaspora. It is the sole association recognized by both Edo State Government and Edo State Traditional Council as the mouthpiece and official organization for Edo people in diaspora.
ENAW, envisioned by few members of the Edo citizens living in the United States of America became a reality when its first annual convention was held in 1992, in Washington DC. This marked the beginning of the coming together of all Edo citizens in diaspora under one roof and for a common cause:
These visionaries now commonly referred to as founding fathers of the association saw it fit to have the first ever convention in Washington DC because it was the capital of the United States of America.
